Every worship leader wants talented team members, but often times when we get them we do not know how to manage them.

Do we change things for them, or do we treat them like every other worship team member?  Do we push them to the front, or make them "do their time" in the background?  Are you catering to the pride of Talented Team Members, or are you supposed to keep them humble?
